Just Strategies works to support people, communities, and organizations in achieving their organizational, public policy, and personal goals. 

We provide consulting services that include strategic planning, coaching, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training, and facilitation. We also provide public policy and campaign support, research and analysis, and more.

We are advocates and nonprofit professionals with decades of experience in organizational change, community leadership, and policy advocacy. Our work is centered around shifting power to those closest to issues so they can lead change that results in a more just and fair world.
